Honeycup Grilled Ham & Cheese

A recipe we have on constant rotation no matter if its brunch, lunch or dinner this grilled ham & cheese is a crowd pleaser. Feel free to substitute any cheese you like. We have a hard time finding a cheese that doesn't go well with mustard!

  • 4 slices bread (like sourdough)
  • 1 Tbsp Salted Butter, room temp
  • 2 slice Ham
  • 4 slices Sharp Cheddar
  • 4 tsp Honeycup Mustard


  1. Heat your skillet over medium high heat.
  2. Butter the outside of the bread. Spread a layer of Honeycup on the insides of the bread slices, adding as much as you prefer.
  3. Layer sandwiches with cheese, adding 1 slice of ham between each cheese slice. Add your remaining mustard and butter dressed bread on top.
  4. Cook sandwiches 1 at a time to not overcrowd your skillet. Add sandwich to a hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until golden. Flip and cook for another few minutes until cheese is melted & bread is golden brown.


* If you're feeling bold try using a blue cheese in place of cheddar.

* There is no limit to how much mustard you can use do a few test batches and find out what what works for you!
