How long will it take to get my order?
  • - Standard orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Ground shipments are sent UPS. Orders are in transit business days only. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.

    - We do not currently offer international shipping.

    - If you have questions about your order, please contact us at info@honeycupmustard.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I return my order? 
  • - If our products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away, along with a few pictures and we will be happy to send a free replacement.

  • - Due to the nature of our products (food) we are not able to refund or exchange orders once they have shipped. All orders are non-refundable unless there is damage that incurs during shipping; see information above.

Can I cancel my order?
  • - If you wish to cancel your order & it hasn’t yet shipped: please email us at info@honeycupmustard.com.

  • - If your order has shipped we are not able to cancel your order

What Kosher certification do you have?
  • - We are OK Kosher certified, also know as Circle K certified 

Are your mustards vegan?
  • - Yes, all of our mustards are vegan. We use cane sugar that has been processed without the use of bone char.
